We are only given today, so here are some tips to help keep you motivated to continue planning your trip!
1. The planning never ends
Instead of spending time scrolling away on Facebook, dedicate a solid 30 minutes to researching and investing in your trip. Ask your travel agent any questions, they have all the answers and always reply within 24 – 48 hours. This way, your travel plans have dedicated time during the week and you can get to booking and onto your next adventure sooner!
2. Read Up on Your Destination
Blogs are an excellent way to learn more about the destination you will be visiting. Gulliver has many blogs and articles, not just about the places, but the customs and experiences you can also be a part of. It’s a great way to learn about something else you might be interested in seeing and doing, plus you get really interesting perspectives from travelers just like yourself.
3. Speak the Language
No matter where you go in the world, it can never hurt to learn a few words of the language you’ll be surrounded by. The main language in Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia is Spanish. However, it is no problem to ask your travel agent to combine a few Spanish classes into your itinerary, if time allows for it. There is no better experience than to be immersed in a culture, learn the language, and show off what you have learned back home!
4. Have the Courage
How many times have you thought about doing something amazing, then backed out… only to regret it afterward? This happens frequently when it comes to travel, but ultimately the decision comes down to you! Have the courage to push away the boundaries created by the negative nancies in your life. Leave your insecurities in the dust as you begin your journey to discover new lands, seas, and magical world wonders.
5. Break Free
