WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR YOGA & HORSE RETREATS
Our retreats are designed in a very personal and loving way- we believe in a vibe of acceptance, respect, and kindness. In every yoga class, horse session, meditation, and other activity we try to embody this. Our farm is going to be your home and we are fully committed to making you feel as cozy and comfortable as possible.

You will receive small gifts when entering your cozy room, be guided warmly through every day, and feel the peaceful atmosphere of our Hosteria.
Apart from the horses, we have dogs (whose company you will enjoy lots, so far almost everyone asked to take one home), rabbits, goats, geese as well as chickens and the nearby nature offers great options for walking or biking.
All of our mornings start with journaling and a guided meditation adapted to each retreat day. This sets the right mindset for the day and all the activities ahead.
Most of our breakfast conversations afterward are colorful, happy, and full of excitement for the day. One of the breakkie favorites is our pineapple smoothie boat, a fresh smoothie bowl. Every day is a little different and tailored for you to experience the best of everything.
Our horses are a true highlight of the retreat, we train them naturally and without any aggression. We aim to build a friendship and find the best ways of communication that both sides understand. This is a very applicable life philosophy because as humans we are searching for something very similar. That is why horses are such amazing teachers in personal growth and development- they reflect and simply mirror our behaviors.
The experience of being with horses and allowing them to make us better is not only very powerful but also incredibly beautiful since they are such gentle and pure living beings. So what we do is by far not just ride horses but rather create long-lasting and special memories.
We found that Yoga goes along with this amazingly well because in both we try to observe and listen more to our intuition and inner voice. Practicing Yoga daily allows us to deeply reconnect, find more self-love, and finally, pure joy and happiness in the present moment. Every Yoga Class will be slightly different and adjusted to the hour and day, we teach lovely Yin Yoga Classes, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow as well as a very relaxing Yoga Nidra Class.
During the retreat, you will enjoy delicious local vegetarian cuisine as well as a daily detox juice to refresh you in the afternoon.
Both the excursions to the stunning Cotopaxi Volcano as well as the Quilotoa Crater Lagoon will give you another incredible impression of Ecuador’s Andes. You will gain interesting new insights and learn more about the country we call our home.
